Why we believe in imagination?

Why we emphasize relation?

We believe there are two elements to relation, design relation and people relation.

Customer/stakeholder relationship is beyond databases and surveys. Quality relationship must be built on personal care and attention. In this modern electronic concrete jungle, it is easy to forget that often it is just doing the right thing at the right time in a personal way that will make the difference. It's about time to put customer/stakeholder intimacy back into relationship marketing!
